Certified Building Inspector Tri-Cities Washington

Northwest Code Professionals is seeking an energetic, experienced and self-directed individual for a full-time position as Senior Combination Inspector. The ideal candidate will have Building- Mechanical, Plan Review and Plumbing Inspector certification from ICC and five to 8 years  experience in residential and Commercial building, mechanical, plumbing inspection and plan review processes. Primary responsibilities may include inspection of large commercial industrial projects, plan review, providing customer service in multiple cities, performing combination inspections, issuing code compliance, maintaining accurate records, and responding to in-person and telephone inquiries. This position has a salary range based on certifications and experience and Sign on bonuses may be available up to $5,000.00; excellent benefits, bonuses and a retirement 401k plan is included.
