Certified Building Inspector Tri-Cities Washington

Northwest Code Professionals is seeking an energetic, experienced and self-directed individual for a full-time position as Senior Combination Inspector. The ideal candidate will have Building- Mechanical, Plan Review and Plumbing Inspector certification from ICC and five years minimum experience in Residential and Commercial building, mechanical, plumbing inspection and plan review processes. Primary responsibilities may include inspection of large commercial industrial projects, plan review, providing customer service in multiple cities, performing combination inspections, issuing code compliance, maintaining accurate records, and responding to in-person and telephone inquiries. This position has a salary range based on certifications and experience and conditional sign on bonuses may be available up to $5,000.00 excellent benefits, potential bonuses and a retirement 401k plan is included. 

Must be located or willing to locate within 25 miles of Pasco Washington. We also have other inspector ppositions open in the region outside Pasco , please call with questions 

Salary: Salary is dependent upon experience, certifications and proficiency. There may also be an opportunity for bonuses based on performance in addition to employee’s monthly salary. We also provide an excellent benefits package.
