Certified Building Inspector Tri-Cities Washington

Northwest Code Professionals is seeking an energetic experienced and self-directed individual for a full-time position as Senior Combination Inspector. The ideal candidate will have Building- Mechanical and Plumbing Inspector certification from ICC and three to five years related knowledge and experience of residential and Commercial building, mechanical, plumbing inspection processes. Primary responsibilities include inspection of large commercial industrial projects, plan review, providing customer service with multiple cities, performing combination inspections, issuing code compliance, maintaining accurate records, and responding to in-person and telephone inquiries. This position has a salary range of $5,910– 7,500.00/month (based on step increases over time and bonuses are available); excellent benefits, profit sharing and retirement package included. Sign on Bons up to $5,000.00 depending on certifications and experience.
