Part-Time Commercial Plumbing and/or Electrical Inspectors

Clair Company, Inc. has openings for part-time Commercial Plumbing and/or Electrical Inspectors throughout Oregon.  The primary responsibilities of these positions include the ability to perform inspections for residential, commercial, and large industrial projects for compliance with building codes and standards.  There may be limited commercial plan review duties as well. Candidates must have the ability to advise architects, engineers, and contractors in the interpretation of code conformance and/or discussions regarding interpretations of codes.  Other responsibilities include project coordination with plan review team as well as project stakeholders.
