Code Compliance Specialist

The Code Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting technical work gaining compliance with City ordinances and codes for health, safety, nuisances, zoning, and livability, codes. This involves inspecting a variety of existing structures and developed and undeveloped properties for environmental conditions to confirm or obtain compliance with City requirements.

Full-time 40 hours per week,  AFSCME-represented position, 12-month probationary period

Must meet all qualifications and requirements as listed in the position description.

Hourly Pay Rate:  $29.04 - $36.91
